According to Guo Zhiyong, person in charge of direct sales of vegetables and non-staple food in Taoyuan Jiudian Sunshine Community, they go to Xinlian Wholesale Market and Jiuding Wholesale Market every day to buy goods. Every morning, before 9:00, fresh vegetables will be placed on the shelves. The direct sales points are sold at a unified price.

"In addition to more than 80 kinds of vegetables, there are more than 20 kinds of fruits such as watermelons, grapes, and apples, as well as non-staple foods such as meat, eggs, milk, and daily necessities in the store. There are more than 2,000 types for citizens to buy." Guo Zhiyong said.

In order to make the "vegetable basket" of citizens more abundant, in addition to adding direct sales points for vegetables in the community, the Economic Development Zone (Head District) has also added a business market within its jurisdiction, allowing residents to buy fresh vegetables nearby.

Up to now, 3 have been put into operation, and 4 are still under renovation.

It is understood that as of now, 93 community vegetable and non-staple food direct sales points have been built and put into operation in the Economic Development Zone (Head District), covering 71 communities (village committees) in 12 districts.
